Increase the protection to create users

    Since I install the FOX LMS pluging I had a hacker attack and suddenly appears more than 25,000 users in my wordpress. I’m working to identify the gap on the pluging with the IA. Please review or provide more easy access to the security documentation because is to hard to found information of your develpment.

    To help us investigate this issue, could you please provide the following information?

    • Which versions of WordPress, PHP, and Fox LMS are you currently using?
    • When did you first notice that all of these user accounts had been created? Is it possible that they were created before you installed Fox LMS, but you only noticed them later?
    • Have you checked your server logs? We recommend contacting your hosting provider and reviewing the logs to see what requests were responsible for creating those user accounts.

    This information will help us narrow down the cause and determine where the accounts are coming from.
