Incorrect Review Count

    Dear Site Reviews team,

    I am using Elementor Pro to build my product page. I use the Site Reviews Widget at the bottom of my page for the review summary. This is working jut fine. In addition, I added a button under the title of my page with a dynamic Text consisting of Review Count plus “Sternebewertungen”. Recently (can´t really say when it started), the review count of the botton text at the top of the page is incorrect. At the bottom of the page in the reviews section, the count is correct. How can I ensure the review count at the top of the page is correct?

    You are doing this wrong.

    1. Go to the Elementor Theme Builder (WP Admin > Templates > Theme Builder).
    2. Edit your Single Product template.
    3. Add the “Product > Product Rating” widget to your single product template.
    4. Go to the Site Reviews > Settings > Integrations > WooCommerce” page and enable the integration.

    The main thing here is enabling the integration. If the Site Reviews WooCommerce integration is enabled, you can also do it like this:

    FYI: There is a known issue in Site Reviews with the WooCommerce integration that may cause a page crash when editing the Single Product template in Elementor.

    To prevent this from happening:

    1. Disable the Site Reviews WooCommerce integration before editing the Single Product template in Elementor.
    2. Re-enable the Site Reviews WooCommerce integration after you have finished editing the Single Product template.

    This integration bug will be fixed in the next Site Reviews update.
