Could you please confirm whether you are not referring to the prices of the variation parents being displayed as blank in Smart Manager?
If yes, then would like to update you that when ‘show variations’ is checked the price / sales price of the variation parent is displayed as blank as the same is automatically set by WooCommerce based on the price / sales price of its variations.
Further, if still the issue persists, could you please try reproducing the same Smart Manager issue by creating a test product and then do let us know your vies on the same.
