    Hello I am getting ready to officially launch my membership site which is a magazine subscription and installed your plugin to add value and a potential revenue stream. This is an amazing plug-in and I’m trying to set it up and test it using a credit system. It works perfectly for only one of my options a 30-day ad. I can send you a series of screenshots to show you explicitly what happens but I’ll try to explain here.

    1. go to https://members.themindfulsoulcenter.com and click on classifieds, then place an ad – it is set that you MUST be logged in to place an ad. But you do not need to be logged in to respond to one.

    2. I have credits and payments set up. YOU CAN ONLY PURCHASE AN AD WITH CREDITS but you can BUY MORE CREDITS WITH $ It’s a membership/magazine site readers can access some free content before being asked to subscribe. Subscribers are automatically assigned 12 credits – it’s a member benefit.

    3. There are no ‘free’ ads

When I click on ANY option OTHER THAN the 30-day ad option it shows the correct option as it is loading more fields – HOWEVER once it loads the fields it changes the PAYMENT TERM SELECTOR to 30 DAYS and one credit. So if I want a 60 day ad, 90 day ad, six months or 1 year IT ONLY SHOWS 30 days and 1 credit due – HOWEVER it does correctly show in the calendar selector the correct time period. So it would ALLOW someone to place an ad for 6 months for 1 credit.

    I have tried to place an ad as a subscriber and I tried as an admin – each time (multiple checks and rechecks of my settings show everything is in order) this error occurs

    I have cleared and deleted ALL CACHE
    I have tried this is a subscriber – ERROR OCCURS
    I have tried this as an admin of the site – ERROR OCCURS
    I have searched the support questions before wasting both your time and mine

    I need this to work before investing in the STRIPE add-on and if it does well would opt for the full licensing package for this site ultimately. Thank you in advance for your help with resolving this problem. I don’t want to have to use a workaround which is to make it so people will have to auto-renew the 30-day ad since that defeats the entire purpose of using this product and is an inconvenience for everyone. Even though that would work.

    We are happy to help troubleshoot this issue with you. 

    Since I haven’t been able to reproduce this on my test site, will you check if you have the same issue under these conditions?
    – all other plugins deactivated
    – any custom code removed
    – WP 2020 theme active
    – running the current version of AWP Classifieds
    – running the current version of WordPress
    – all site, server, and browser caches cleared

    If you do have the same issue under those conditions, please let me know. I’ll also need specific steps to see the issue that you’re seeing, as well as a listing showing where this is happening.

    To expedite the issue in that case, please do a short screencast of the issue or send screenshots showing the exact steps to reproduce the issue.
