@pillaycarman, sorry for the delay, We are looking into it .
Can you tell me the version of WP and woo? Because I have just tested on my test setup, its working as expected. So something unique might be in your case which we need to figure out. I will wait for your response.
Hi Oliver,
No problem, thank you so much for following up!
We are using WordPress 4.9.4
And WooCommerce 3.3.4
I am using Hestia Theme.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated 🙂
This seems to be some issue from your theme or any of the installed plugins, because I have just tested on my test site with WP 4.9.4, WC 3.3.4 and latest version of offers plugin as well with Divi Theme, I was not able to reproduce this problem.
Can you switch to basic twenty theme and then check if you get this working as expected?
I will test it on Basic Twenty.
I have also tried to deactivate any plugins not provided by the theme.
Would you try with the following document?

Really appreciating all the support!
I tried with a docx file from my local PC and that resulted the same as you are reporting. Then I tried the same document on my test site and it calculated and charged correct. I tried with your provided document as well and that worked exactly as expected.
Please do as suggested and let me know what you got after running those tests.
Thanks!
Hi Oliver,
I have tried changing the theme, deactivating plugins, etc
I can’t seam to solve the problem in that regard – so I don’t think it’s a clash between the theme or the plugins.
Majority of documents seam to work fine, but then this document in particular results in this issue.
I really appreciate all the effort, if you have any more suggestions or help please let me know!
Sorry for delay in response:

You said its just this typical document so can you check whats different in this document compared to others which are working for you?
Hi Oliver,
It now seams to be doing the same thing for all documents.
Unless this is due to the wordpress update and woo commerce updates.
Well, we will look into that and will see if we are able to reproduce that issue on our dev site then will get that resolved in our next release.
Thanks for your feedback.
Uncheck ‘Sold individually’ checkbox in inventory tab in the product of woocommerce and save the product. Then try to add to cart and checkout. I think it will be fine this time.
I was in same problem and i solved that this way.
Best of luck. And Great thank you to developer team.
