Incorrect address order in event page

    On the event page, the event address is in the wrong order.

    In default-theme.php the mep-default-sidrbar-address definition is incorrect.

    It is currently:

    Venue, Street, State, City, Country…. it should be
    Venue, Street, City, State, Postcode, Country

    Thanks for the update, I can confirm the order is now correct. No biggie, but the postcode is still missing (should be after the State).
