Incomplete Woo rewrite rules

Hello! I’ve analyzed the plugin’s code to find out why Woo category rewrite rules sometimes missing.
We have 2000+ rewrite rules for Woo categories.
Rank Math’s Woo rewrite handling appears not robust against repeated, overlapping, or poorly-timed rewrite flushes.
Please redesign rewrite generation, possible move to a background job.
