It may be a conflict with other Plugins or Theme, please deactivate all the Plugins, and see if Thumbnails work properly. If they work properly, please activate other plugins one by one, and see which causes the problem. The same way with Theme, please also change the Theme and check if the Thumbnails are displaying properly.

I find that JetPack plug-in is causing the problem. Fortunately I don’t really need it. But will this be fixed?
