Incomplete task

Does anyone use TextMaster? I wrote a 258-word essay, then saved it, rather than submit it. When I later wanted to submit it, it gave me an error that I had 0/250 words, so it considered it incomplete.

How can I submit this task? How do I get it back to show 258 words and submit it?
