Incompatible with W3 Total Cahce

First off – i have 3.5.5 version, which is not even in the dropdown. My interface doesn’t say there are updates possible, but there is 3.6 in the dropdown as well. Thats just for extra confusion. Thank you!

On to the point – the plugins clearly has ‘under-the-hood’ issues with W3TC or any other plugin that writes to .htaccess for that matter. I have now followed my site crashing over and over again, each time saving the corrupted .htaccess with the last working one and data is not conclusive – better WP security keep overwriting lines of other plugins, for the most part, as well as itself sometimes. And I mean overwrite lines in mid sentence causing .htaccess syntax error and crashing the site. It seems to have no regards and no structure for where it writes lines, it will pop in new code anywhere at random overwriting anything in its way.
I have had security in the beginning, I will now try to move it at the end W3TC and other plugin code and will report further.
