Incompatible with Vega WordPress Theme

Hello,

WP Fastest Cache appears to be incompatible with the theme I am using: http://themeforest.net/item/photography-portfolio-gallery-vega-theme/9678282

When WP Fastest Cache is activated, the theme settings do not work. There appears to be a javascript conflict.

Is there any fix for this?
