Incompatible with Incompatible with High-Performance order storage (COT)

    The YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce plugin seems to be incompatible with the new WooCommerce “High-Performance order storage (COT)”. Is there a timeline for updating the plugin to be compatible?

    Hello @probertson the support for “High-Performance order storage (COT)” was already added with version 2.15.0 released on August 22nd.

    Thanks for the reply, Alberto! I have 2.15.0 installed, yet when I go to Woocommerce > Settings > Advanced > Features > Data storage for orders then click the ‘View and manage’ text under the ‘⚠ Incompatible plugins detected’ note, then it still shows up as ‘incompatible’. Any ideas?

    Hello @probertson sorry for the delay. We have checked the plugin’s code and we find out that some check was missing for the COT compatibility.

    We have released a plugin update that will fix the issue
