Incompatible with Automated Deploys / Server Transfers

When moving WordPress from server to server, manually or through automated deploy, Contact Form 7 stops working.

It requires that you delete all Contact Form 7 files and then do a full re-install of Contact Form 7 before it sends emails again.

Has anyone been able to find an automated work-around for this? Having this plugin break automated deploys is not good.
