including an external php file

    Hello all,
    I want to include an external php file which will act as a Page in wordpress.
    The php file has some java script and email sending functions.

    In Joomla there is a solution called wrapper. But I have no idea how to do it.

    To be more clear, I want to include put the php file which runs http://www.matematik-proje.com in my wordpress blog http://www.postaciniz.com and see the content as a Page link on the top of the blog.

    Does anyone have an idea?
