includes/placeholders.php missing

Clicking on customize produces a string of errors, the last of which indicates that styles-layouts-gravity-forms.php on line 199 can’t open includes/placeholders.php. That latter file is not present in the includes directory. Installed plugin on Genesis>Education Pro on WP 4.7.
