Include text file in page

I am reworking a page which includes data from a weather station.

Most of what the weather station generates is images, so no problem there, but it also generates some text with maxima & minima data. You can see an example at this URL:

Weewzx is quite happy to generate HTML snippets from a template and upload them, but I need to be able to include them in the weather page each time it’s regenerated and I can’t find a plugin to do this. No problem if they were in the sidebar, but we use that for other things.

Anyone got any suggestions for a suitable FREE plugin?
