any help appreciated thanks
Surely one of you helpful boffins here knows how to do this?!
please guys?
how do i make my blog so that there is a button that visitors can press to subscribe?
Visitors who want RSS will probably have an RSS reader or a web browser with “feed discovery” built in. They click that orange block and it automatically makes a link to http://yourbloghere.com/feed – that’s the basic gist of it. You can make your own link to http://yourbloghere.com/feed with your own RSS picture (google images search will help with that) if you really want to.
Problem right now is whether or not RSS is WORKING on your blog – notice other threads asking for help with it in this latest WordPress release.

See how it shows up built in to my browser? As I said, for the users who know what RSS is and how to use it, they will know how, they won’t need to see it on your website.
But if you’re sure you want to put on your website, your best bet is to add it in the footer (login to your dashboard, click appearance, then go to editor) or add it in the sidebar (will depend some on your theme, but you should be able to add a “TEXT” widget and fill it with HTML). Then you will just upload the image to your server, and make it a link using HTML.

It’s up to you to understand the HTML, but those are the two most common places to insert your RSS image. The size of the “orange block” is up to you – depends which one you steal from Google images (a little tiny 50×50 image or a giant 450×450 block!).

Thanks, much appreciated!
