include plugin content to search

Hi there,
our team members are organized in a plugin (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/team-members/). The page ‘team’ holds the shortcode for that.
Now, if I search for a team member with the homepage’s search tool the result will be empty.
How can I add those ‘plugin contents’?

Same with the search term ‘kauter’. The search gives me 2 results. Both contain to a plugin (https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/tm-timeline/) on the page https://www.geoplanteam.ch/firma/portraet-leitbild/. I want the search result to show the page, not the entries of the plugin.

Any ideas?!
