Please note that our plugin handles the rates for USPS shipping only. Local Pickup and Free Shipping options are handled by WooCommerce. Hence we request you to check the Local Pickup settings under the configured zone.
From what I can tell, once I turn your plugin on, all I see are the USPS shipping rates. I could be mistaken, but I think it is overriding WooCommerce, right?

We are not overriding any Woocommerce Shipping method. If USPS rate is there then we are just adding it. If other shipping methods are not coming then we are quite sure that if you disable USPS plugin, then those other methods will not appear either.
We suspect that you may have updated WooCommerce recently. If yes, then it may cause you the issue. Recently, WooCoomerce has introduced zone feature. Local Pickup comes under zones. You may need to setup them properly. This article may help you.
Maybe I’m looking in the wrong place – but in that section I see options for ‘Local Pickup’, “Free Shipping”, and “Flat Rate”. I don’t see how to include USPS with those options. Am I missing something?

In Woocommerce zones section USPS will not occur. Our plugin works independently. If you want to restrict it to any particular country, you can use method availability option from plugin settings page.
