Include jQuery from google cdn and scripts in footer

    Hi,

    I want to remove unnecessary javascript from this theme and include jqueery form google cdn and fallback on the included jquery with the theme.

    I’m not using fancy plugins or lightbox. I just want to improve performance, include scripts in the footer. How do I do that? Please help
