    Hey there,
I really like your newsletter plugin, especially the possibility to generate a newsletter from a custom post type by checking “Send as Newsletter” while editing a post.

Is there a way to include the information stored in Advanced Custom Fields (https://www.advancedcustomfields.com) of my posts?
I would like to transfer all of the posts content to the newsletter when I select that the “Full Post” should be used.

Thanks in advance for your support!

    Thank you for your post.

I’m glad to hear that you like our Newsletter plugin.

We have developed something that you can use for this… it is not publicly released yet but will be available in our upcoming release or you can request a development build in our help desk: http://tribulant.com/support/

Then you can use [newsletters_meta key="metakey"] to output the value of any meta key on the post that was used to “Send as Newsletter”.

I believe ACF has meta keys that you can use, right? http://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/meta-key-vs-field-name/

Thanks for your quick response, sounds just like what I need!
I would love to try this out with your development build, I already sent a request to your help desk…

I believe that this was resolved via your ticket.

In the latest build, you can use a shortcode [newsletters_meta key="metakey"] to display the value of any meta key or custom field on a post, page, etc.

I’ll mark this as resolved but please post back here if you need any further assistance.
