Include a CPT or Category in dropdown

    Is it possible to include a Custom Post Type or Category in a select dropdown with an appropriate label viz.,

    Select the product to inquire about: [dropdown of products]

    P.S. – I know about the Special Mail Tags. However, this is the functionality that I need on the Contact Us page and not on the individual product pages. Also, it’s not feasible to manually add product names in a dropdown as there are hundreds of them.
