Incapsula Not letting BotWork appropriately

The company I am working with for the usage of a friendly bot to help clients is getting an error with Incapsula which i was unaware was on the website. The message is Request unsuccessful. Incapsula incident ID: 726000230139662015-170025823877072331 I need help troubleshooting as I was unaware my site had incapsula and would like the bot to be able to function properly. Thank you.
