inactive button doesnt work

    hi there,

    i sent 48000 mail to my subscribers last days. i created inactive list and i tryed to move inactive subscribers to this list but nothing anything please check: http://prntscr.com/molqmu

    how can i fix this?

    You can check if the list number three has members, is not they are the inactive. If you run the process twice the second time it reports “0” cause it has not modified any subscriber.
