Hi,

I have issue with plugin. In generated PDF sometimes doesnt appear filled fields like name or message. Everthing looks good but sometimes the text in the name or message box does not appear after confimation or in the copoun preview. The amount is always displayed.

Could you please help me with this?

Hi @vlado8

I checked your website actually this type of text isn’t supporting “úč” to PDF. To support this kind of text need to change from plugin template file and add fonts.

You can add fonts and update template files from below path.
/gift-voucher-pro/templates/pdfstyles
style1.php
style2.php
style3.php

i already use free version. I tried to fix it with this manual (below), but it doesnt works.
