in Dashboard > Appearance missing "Edit CSS"

    Hi I’ve installed wordpress.org on my localhost and I’m using the Pinboard theme. I’m missing “Edit css” from the Dashboard > Appearance menu.
    Any help appreciated.

    Edit CSS is a part of JetPack plugin. I think Pinboard has a custom CSS theme option – look under theme options.
