Improve documentation of CSV import plugin

    The documentation of CSV import plugin is a good starting point.

    I suggest adding a list of available fields, since the CSV example file includes iCal fields, but there are other fields that looks like A1OEC fields.

    For example: These three fields “StartDate,Start Time,EndDate” appear on the CSV example file header, but one of them has a space in between. In addition, they are not ICS fields.
