Impossible to subscribe!

While trying to subscribe from other emails, a message appears: “An error occurred while sending a confirmation email. Please contact the website owner”.
I’ve had a message in my account for over two weeks: “We are currently reviewing your site, expect to get an email from MailPoet soon”. But there were no messages except a confirmation subscription.
I tried changing the settings.
