Impossible change of http:// to https://

Hello,

Here is what I did until now:

-In WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) I replaced the http:// part with https:// for both of them
-I’ve added to wp-config.php a definition for the URL
– I even added to function.php upgrade to https:// code

Now, when I type worldartistmanagement.com the site is loading on http://worldartistmanagement.com not https://

I’d like the site to load directly to https://, is it possible and how, please?
