Got the same problem. Whenever I upload an image it loads, but doesn’t show up for selection…

when I look the folder where I uploaded, there have nothing exist.(in terminal)

Please tell me what update you are referring to? Is it our plugin update? From what version to which one?

Please make sure that you have not exceeded your maximum upload limitation by uploading too large image. Your server might have limitation of not proceeding any processes with large dimensions, e.g. creating thumbnail causing the issue.Or check the option for @papergroup.

Most likely your case is different from both. You might have permissions error causing the problem. Please make sure that the upload folder of gallery has permission of 755 or higher.

Even images of 10kb don’t get uploaded. Well I can upload it as in drag and drop the image as suggested and then it shows that its busy. But the image won’t show up in the plug-in or WP media library.
I have no limitations (that I can see) and I have enough disk space on the server. Did set the permissions to 777 but doesn’t help. I noticed when I tried uploading an image via FTP to the /photo-gallery folder I would get the following error: 550 (filename): permission denied.
Even uninstalled/reinstalled the plug-in, no luck either.

If you are receiving the error, it means that either your user doesn’t have enough permission to make permission changes or there is something wrong with server settings. You need to contact your hosting provider for this. Thanks.
I am experiencing similar issues.
The file manager does not let me click on anything- just shows the waiting symbol.

This didn’t fixed the problem so I updated wordpress , but the problem remains.

It is impossible see thumbnail / preview of jpeg images.
