Importing products

    I’m having trouble importing my products into the menu. I currently have them as a CSV file but have also saved the file format to XML. When I tried to upload the XML file I recieve the below message:

    This does not appear to be a WXR file, missing/invalid WXR version number

    I’m not sure what a WXR file is. What do I need to do to be able to import my products?

    Hi Craig,
    Thank you for your question. It is possible to import menu items that were exported from other site where is used the same plugin. You can try to create menu item using our plugin, export it and see the structure by editing XML file.

    Hi,

    So my only option is to add each product manually? Is there anyway for the plugin to use the products I currently have on Woocommerce? I have exported the products from WooCommerce and tried to upload the file to the plugin but I still receive the same error message.

    Hi @craigcollins1,
    yes, at the moment it is possible to add menu items manually. We review possibility to import data in other ways in next update versions. Thank you.
