Please try to import products with custom attributes: they don’t pair with the Attributes inside WooCommerce…

I guess this issue occurs after wordpress 5 update.

When you make an attribute – “Brand” – and some values for it like “Ferrari” inside WooCommerce, and try to import products like this:

    attribute 1 name attribute 1 value(s)
    Brand Ferrari

there will be another field with the same att name and value….

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Howdy!

I tested this an importing attributes works properly with WooCommerce version 3.5.3 and WordPress version 5.0.2.

Here’s a sample file of what I used:

If you’re still having issues, I’d recommend running a conflict test. Try disabling all plugins but WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like 2017, 2019, or Storefront, then import to see if that helps.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    Kind regards,
