    Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear the WooCommerce v2 order import isn’t working as expected.

    Just a heads-up: based on the information shared in this post, I wasn’t able to locate your account in our backend, so a ticket submitted from within your Sendcloud account is really the best way forward and the fastest way for us to help you.

    We do have a WooCommerce troubleshooting guide, which includes order import issues as well; this could potentially help you: WooCommerce V2 Troubleshooter.
    However, without being able to look at your integration specifically, it’s a guessing game for me, and I cannot properly troubleshoot this from here.
    The logs in your integration will help us determine the issue.
