Importing into Ultimate Member Plugin

    Hello,

    We are trying to import users into our WordPress site that uses the Ultimate Member (https://ultimatemember.com/) plugin. We’d like the fields in the spreadsheet to map to their Ultimate Member profile. We set up a custom profile within Ultimate Member and have matched the spreadsheet’s column titles to the meta-keys used with Ultimate Member. When we import the spreadsheet only the username, email, first name, and last name come through. Any tips on getting this to work?

    Unfortunately after following their instructions I still had some trouble. I just opened another thread on the forum but maybe you can assist?

    We are using Ultimate Member plugin (https://ultimatemember.com/). I would like to import many members using content from a spreadsheet. I exported a member which I entered in manually via Ultimate Member registration and then filled out a test import member using all of the same fields. When I import the member only the First Name, Last Name, and Email come through. The test user can not log into the site after import either. Any instruction on what could be going wrong here?
