Importing from wordpress.com problem

    Hi All,
    Have a problem: When I try to import stuff from my wordpress.com blog it says this:

    Before you can upload your import file, you will need to fix the following error:

    Unable to create directory /home/dubteens/public_html/wp-content/uploads/2009/06. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    How do I do this?
