Importing does not work

    After pasting and proceccing google HTML I see the list of google entries correctly, but after clicking on the Button “Import” nothing happens, this list is not adding to the list in the “Reviews” tab. Tried it already in several browsers, but “Import” button still doesn’t seem to work 🙁

    @crosskirill Thanks for getting in touch.

    I have a good idea about one place to look: please try this: tick the box Clean Retrieved Data to perform additional sanitisation of retrieved data so emoticons are removed from text.
