When I import our CSV list of subscribed customers with 432 records, only 93 will import to Mail Poet. I’m importing to a brand new list with NO existing records. There aren’t any customer records in our WP site yet. I have tried several times and always only 93 come in. It is not skipping existing records because this is a new account and it is the first time I’m importing them. I checked the CSV list in spreadsheet and they are all consistent records. It does not necessarily import the first 93 records either, as there are random names from the list, at different points in the alphabetical sort order. We are supposed to be able to have a list with up to 1000 records, and I can’t find any other setting that would limit the import number. Any ideas? thank you in advance.

  • Hi there @kkphoto,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with importing your subscribers!

What columns do you have in your CSV file? Do you have any custom fields there?

Also, how did you generate this CSV file?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Thanks for your reply. The CSV was downloaded from our current email service, iContact. I’ve tried it as is, by matching the necessary columns, and also tried cleaning out unused columns and resaving it using XL. Same issue – only 93 records will import, and they are random, not like the first 93 or any order that makes sense. It successfully imports in to WP using any other WP import plugin (without skipping records), so there must be something odd with the MailPoet import plugin/process.
