Importing after installation

I’m running 2.9.2

When I try to import my blog from a heartpixel.wordpress.com to my blog at heartpixel.net, I get this error:

Unable to create directory /f5/heartpixel/public/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

I have no idea what to do, and see no help regarding this error. I’m hosted by nearlyfreespeech.net
