    Hi,

Thanks for all your work, this could potentially solve all of my missing functionality for my club’s website.

I’m struggling with the import events feature. I’ve formatted a .csv file in accordance with your template, I then run the import and get a message that 19 events have been imported (although there are 20 in the file) with 0 skipped, but when I click on view events they do not show up.

Am I doing something obviously wrong?

    Many thanks,
    Nick

You can see the the one event I created manually, but nothing else:

Found the issue: your events-sample.csv file has dd/mm/yyyy format for the date, but I spotted the requirement for yyyy/mm/dd in your faq.

Once I changed it the events showed up

    Thanks,
    Nick

It would be great to have the sample csv include all the fields for upload. I did the each of them and the players one did not accept a field I added (“Class” – it is a college sports site) and the events one wouldn’t take my event name… ended up showing:

Untitled vs HZAU Daggers vs HUST Ultimates

    It should be just
    HZAU Daggers vs HUST Ultimates

I guessed for the country codes etc. A simple list of available fields would be nice!

Thanks for your feedback! We’ll definitely include a more detailed CSV sample and country code reference in the next major update 🙂
