import/export users as well as company wordpress multisite

I’ve a wordpress multisite setup. And 4 different sites. When I create a user in a site then I’ve made a custom post type named ‘company’ with the username to be created in the same site. The user will be getting an email about the login details for him. Now I need to import bulk of users at once sending them email about their login details and when I import those users the posts in posttype ‘compnay’ must be created in the respective site with their usernames. How can I integrate this? Any help would be appreciated.
