Imported Starter Template section cannot be edited or removed

    Hello,

    I imported the “Roofing Services” Starter Template using Astra Theme and Elementor Free.

    The website is:
    https://ferraraservizi.com

    Everything works correctly except one section.

    The section titled “Need A Free Estimate?” is visible on the frontend, but it cannot be edited or removed.

    We have already checked:

    • Elementor Navigator
    • Elementor Structure panel
    • All Containers
    • Theme Builder
    • Footer Builder
    • Templates
    • WordPress Media Library
    • Header
    • Footer
    • Global widgets

    The section does not appear anywhere inside Elementor, although it is visible on the live website.

    We also contacted our hosting provider (Aruba), and they confirmed the issue is related to Elementor or the imported Starter Template.

    Could you please explain where this section is stored and how it can be edited or removed?

    Hi @ferraraservizi,

    Upon checking, the “Need A Free Estimate?” section is part of the Footer template. To edit this section, you’ll need to edit the Footer template itself.

    Since this starter template is provided by Astra, we recommend reaching out to their support team if you need further assistance with customizing their templates.
