I Have The Following Suggestion And Features…
1. User Can Create A Group Like Buddy Press (You Say “you want to Make WordPress Community Plugin”) Please Add This Feature.
2. User They Can Submit The Post Through Their Profile In Post Tab, If They Don’t Have Post Yet It Say You Don’t Have Any Post Yet “Add New” Please Add This Feature.
In Post Submit Feature I Have See This In is Plugin “User Ultra” Please Ad It. I Delete That Plugin Because I Like This One It Have Nice Appearance To User And I Want To Delete Buddy Press. Because This Is More Awesome than Buddy Pres, But It Miss Those Features. “Please Add”
Thanks I Hope You Will Add Those Important Features, And When You Will Add It.

1st. I Don’t See The Option For Allow Users To Create Group As Shown In This Screenshot
No. You add a new user role and call it whatever you want. Works just as a group even like a category.
2nd. Does WP User Front end Integrate With Ultimate Member.
Supposedly it can. I tested it almost a year ago so I make no representations that it will work for you or that you won’t have to customize it, and thus the reason I added “do not post here customization question about third plugins” (SIC).
