I go here The log folder is /home/mhd-01/www.mydomain.com/htdocs/wp-content/logs/newsletter/ but there isn’t a file log, it’s empty.
And in stats I got this

Enter the main settings and set the log level to error or higher.

Ok, there is some sort of bug since if an email is already there, it should not produce an error. I’ll check the problem and release shortly an updated version of wp user integration extension.

Try to run the action “link subscriber with user by email” and the retry the import.

Hi, with the WMPL version we release an update to the wp users integration that could help in solving that specific problem (which probably is connected only to few of your subscribers).
But, the “link subscriber with user by email”action should solve the problem, do you have the same error?
@satollo hello, yes same problem because more users doesn’t insert mail field because I have a telegram plugin per login/users, so not all users have an email.
Argh, so a more specific patch is needed here. I’l look at this more specific situation to have it managed by the extension.
