Import/update only product categories

    Is it possible to only import/update product categories.
    A table with the product handle/title/sku and the category is given.
    I don’t want to change any other fields in the WooCommerce products,
    just the product category.

    Yes, you can use an “Existing Items” import to do that: http://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/recurring/manual-record-matching/.

    I don’t want to change any other fields in the WooCommerce products, just the product category.

    On Step 4 of the import you can choose to only update the categories, or only add new taxonomies, to add the categories and leave the other data alone: https://d.pr/i/EklmTY. That said, in rare cases other plugins can bypass these settings, so it’s best to make a back-up and test with 1 product before updating them all.
