Import Products Only Partially Works

The product import is only importing a few products from a CSV. I’ve uploaded all the images and downloads, properly mapped the CSV when asked. I get no errors, but the progress bar never progresses and only a few products ever appear on the site. The results are also inconsistent. I’m importing batches of 30…sometimes 2 will import…sometimes 6….sometimes 9…etc.
