I understand that even with a default theme, the issue still persists. This is quite unusual. To rule out any browser related issues, could you please try running the import from a different browser like Firefox or any of your choice, but different from Google Chrome.

Thanks for getting back with further details on this issue.
I checked on your SSR again and noticed the WordPress Importer plugin as an active plugin with WooCommerce. Could you please disable it, then try clearing your browser cache in Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome?
Once that is done, please check to see if the button will now be visible.
Should the issue persist, I recommend installing a fresh version of the WooCommerce plugin.
