    Hi,

    tried several options with the Plugin. But am not getting the File imported.
    It always give me Error on the Role. I tried without Role (empty Role Field)
    With a totally new Role “Test” with the exisiting Role. But it is not working.

    What is the Issue. Can I send you the CSV File. If yes can you send me an Email Adress where to send it ?

    @npervaiz1,

    As you can read, problem is that “Test” is not a correct “Role”.

    Remove role from your file or include correct values. Remember to use the slug of each role.

    I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. STARTED WORKING WITH THE PLUGIN TODAY, ALWAYS RED.

    I create the fields from excel,
    column 1 username
    column 2 name
    column 3 email

    Saving it as csv file.
    Result all red

    Columns are in bad order, always:

    • Column 1: username
    • Column 2: user email

      From this, you can use the order you want.
