import from blogspot, some issues

I am trying to import from this blog … http://www.blogspot.leadershippoints.com

I have done this, into pointwestbury.com.

Problems:
– home page shows full post, instead of summary (and summary option is selected in the settings > reading area.

– format on home page is messed up – bluish, different from reading actual post
