Import FB comments doesn’t work

    Hello,

    Importing FB comments doesn’t work anymore.

    FB has blocked my account, asking me to put my real name and I did it.
    Then the plugin stopped working so I had to remove and add my FB account again, and reauthorize my FB account.

    Posting automatically works, but importing comments doesn’t work anymore from that moment.

    Maybe a bug, or did I miss something?

    Oh, sorry, my bad, I misunderstood.

    Here is the screenshot. I tested manual import but nothing is imported.

    So you do have this button. 🙂

    -Please click “Posted on…” link.
    -Write a comment.
    -Click “Import Comments”

    – let me know if you get any errors and what do you have in the log right after that.

    I did what you asked.

    Here is the result.

    There is a pop-up, and it’s written “Getting replies from FB”, then a “Close button” appear.

    But nothing is imported.

    And there is nothing in the log right after that.

    Maybe I should remove and reinstall the plugin and starover ? What do you think ?

    I confirm the issue. Comments import from FB has stopped working

    I see the link to the post next to the Import Comments button
    Clicking on the link, it opens the proper post on FB

    However, when manually import comments pop-up appears “Getting replies from FB”, then a “Close button” appear.

    No comments are imported from FB manually OR automatically.
    The post is still on FB and has actual comments under it

    Could it be a problem with the actual FB app that can posts but nor import?
