Import Error

Hi,

I am having a problem importing new users, have a list of about 800 people to import and the its a matter of highest urgency I get this working.

The error message I receive: Server error. Please increase value of post_max_size and upload_max_filesize

These have been set to 364M and 64mb respectively so is not the issue

Here is an example of my test csv:

Also is there advice on how to get fields exported from excel so that it is comma separated and enclosed with double colons?

I have posted on your Form more than 5 days ago, tried sending an email directly to support, and it seems support has just completely ignorte me, am very frustrated as I desperately need to get this working
